From PEP.ph Now the male endorser of Bratts shirt together with Lovi Poe, masayang naibalita ng StarStruck 4 First Prince na si Prince Stefan sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na sa wakas, pasok na rin siya sa The Boys Next Door, ang pamalit na show sa magtatapos ng Magic Kamison.
Pero mas may maganda siyang balita, something personal. Naibigay na raw sa kanya ng kanyang ina ang email ng kanyang ama, si Saed Alis Al Abrahim Faisal, the Prince of Kingdom of Damman, Saudi Arabia. First time na nabanggit ni Prince ang pangalan ng kanyang ama. Never niya itong na-mention noon at naiiyak na lang siya kapag tinatanong siya about this.
Kasama pa ng ina ni Prince ang kanyang ama nang ipinanganak siya. Kaso, may isang hiling ang kanyang ama sa ina. "Gusto niya po akong kunin ng baby pa ako, pero ayaw ng Mommy ko," kuwento ni Prince. Dahil dito, iniwan silang mag-ina ng aman ni Prince to fend for themselves. Bumalik sa Iloilo ang kanyang ina kasama siya bilang sanggol at doon na siya lumaki.
Recently, dahil may isip na rin naman si Prince, ibinigay na rin sa kanya ng kanyang ina ang pangalan ng ama niya pati ang email address nito. May ipadadala ring picture ang ina niya from Iloilo—a picture of Prince's father and him when he was still a baby.
Nangako si Prince na ibibigay ang exclusive picture na ito sa YES! Magazine, ang sister publication ng PEP. Nagbabalak na si Prince sa sulatan ang kanyang ama. "Hindi ko po alam kung kilala niya pa ako o ire-recognize niya ako bilang anak. Sana po ma-recognize niya ako," dalangin ni Prince. ******************** I honestly don't know how to react. Probably because I have earlier heard that the role should have been for Dex -- and now its with Prince. Oh well, probably GMA has other plans for Dex and Paulo. All I can do for now is wait. =) Go Prince! Do good. =) |

If I have written this yesterday or a few hours back, then you might not be able to read whatever that comes next. As I am doing this blog, I am not thinking, I just let whatever I feel flow. Pasintabi kung sino man ang matatamaan, quoting Rickey -- this is my blog.
A text message blew me off. It was wrongly sent, it was not intended for me. As I have read the message, clearly I have no business to it and so I replied "Wrong send. Si Al po ito". Then I started to think, to get logical reasons for what I felt, I want to be logical NOT emotional. I always tell my friends that I say things that aren't to be said or I am too hard on things when I am upset.. Now, I am neither. I'm actually -- EMPTY.
I am not getting anywhere in this post, I would want to hurt someone and still be immaculate -- I'm actually a bitch so why wouldn't I act one now. Damn!
 I am happy that MART is casted in Impostora which will premiere on June 04 and another one in Boys Next Door which will hopefully premiere on June 24. PLEASE WATCH BOYS NEXT DOOR as Mart co-stars ALJUR Abrenica, KRIS Bernal, STEF Prescott, RICH Asuncion, JESI Corcuera, KIKO Junio, MARKY CIELO and GLAIZA DE CASTRO. I have read part of the script and seen the taping, this one needs a good rating -- its good. On May 31st, Mart will play FPJ in Caridad Sanchez's Story which will be featured in Magpakailanman. A lot of shows, huh? Then there's SOP and the June 9 guesting in HP to the Highest Level with KRIS Bernal.
But my happiness is immeasurable for DEX Quindoza and PAULO Avelino.
Enough on the pretentions with Mart. I have said enough of him, supported him countless times, and won many battles for him. Mart has a significant number of supporters willing to devote their time, effort and resources. Dex and Paulo need Tiborxia more.
And so Dex and Pau, here I am. =)
YES -- I am sooo happy that DEX Quindoza is finally being noticed and given good guestings. It's a pretty good start. He has appeared a number of times in SiS, had a supporting role in Mahal kong Maynila (with Mike Tan and Steff Prescott), Lola Basyang (with Rich Asuncion) and recently made an Opening Number in SOP with the rest of the Starstruck graduates. Blessings pour on true idols, Dex is one of them. GMA: I am looking forward to more Dex-guestings, and he has me to support them all. Hope you guys would do the same. =)
 I have yet to give Paulo Avelino a big hug for a job-well-done in Magic Kamison! Or a tap in the back would do. Paulo would be the most successful starstruck avenger in batch four, if I may say. If not the most, then he could have levelled with Stef and Dex. Paupau has a TVC (oh yeah, that Frosty Blend!), the Magic Kamison, has appeared numerous times in SiS and the sexy-appearances in SOP (yes, I love it.. sorry, kapaulos). Pero Manong GMA, kung gusto nyo pong i-guest si Pau sa SOP at iwasan ang pagpapahubad sa kanya, the better. Puhleez?? =)
I will blatantly call and shout Dex and Paulo's name. I am proud of them both.

Alright, its almost four days that I have not updated my blog. ^_^Been to Angeles, Pampanga for the second leg of the three-part bar tour of the Ultimate Survivor Show, and to Quezon Avenue for the last leg. I swear the last leg (though the prods are equally the same as the first two) was a BLAST. Probably because of Dennis Trillo, Marky Cielo and Ogie Alcasid plus the very "game" audience. But credits is still given due to Mart, Kris, Aljur, Jewel, Prince and Rich for a very nice performance. You're the best, guys!I'll try to do another blog-subject for the second and third leg of the concert. ^_^
Anyway, I damn missed PAU, DEX and LUI! Feels like ages!!! I last saw Pau, when? I can't even remember! Same is true with Lui... Dex was last May 02.
Here's some pics taken yesterday after the SOP taping, note that these were taken at separate instances -- Pau, Dex then Lui. Hindi sila magkakasama nito. Talk about being lucky. ^_^

 I just realized that it’s May 4, and I am left with ten (10) days to contribute in making a difference in improving our socio-economic and political life. On Monday, May 14 as mandated in the 1987 Constitution, is the National Senatorial Elections. Amongst the congressmen, governors, mayors, councilors and all the rest – we are to choose twelve (12) dignified, reputable and able senators. I had been discussing this matter with my friends, colleagues and acquaintances over dinner or lunch and asked them who they would be voting. Popular choices would be Lacson (Independent), Noynoy (Liberal), Pimentel (PDP-LABAN), Coseteng (NPC), Villar (Nationalista), Pangilinan (Liberal), Angara (LDP), Joker Arroyo (KAMPI) and Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero (NPC). These senatoriables would definitely go into my ballot. I barely read the newspaper, barely watch TV news and barely go over political discussions but these individuals have earned my confidence.
May 14 is a LEGAL Philippine Holiday. No Work. I know it’s summer and the humidity’s high and all uncomforting situation drains whatever sanity we have over getting the right person into that seat in the senate. BUT I encourage everyone to PLEASE CAST THAT VOTE. Malayo ang mararating ng ISANG BOTO natin.
Article V, Section 1 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution is the Right to Suffrage, to quote “Suffrage may be exercised by all citizens of the Philippines not otherwise qualified by law, who are at least eighteen years of age and who shall have resided in the Philippines for at least one year and in the place wherein they purpose to vote for at least six months immediately preceding the election. No literacy, property, or other substantive requirement shall be imposed on the exercise of suffrage.” This Right is not just a PRIVILEGE but an OBLIGATION as well (my Political Science 102 Professor did a pretty good job in inculcating this to me, thanks Prof!).
 Having said my piece, who would be my top choice to the senate? It’s CHIZ ESCUDERO. It may be a coincidence that Chiz, by blood, is a relative of Mart Escudero but my choosing him would be my own conviction. I have high regards to Chiz even before I have seen Mart on TV. His principle and his stand on National Issues are ones that can be less questioned (as compared to Mike Defensor’s).

(4) Pagkilala sa karapatang makapagpagamot at gumaling sa anumang karamdaman lalung-lalo na ang mga mahihirap at mga may edad;
(5) Pagtatanggol sa karapatang pantao at pagsupil sa anumang uri ng diskriminasyon;
(6) Pangangalaga ng ating kalikasan sa pamamagitan ng wastong paggamit nito upang matiyak na ang ating likas na yaman ay mapapakinabangan ng susunod pang mga henerasyon; at
(7) Isulong at ipaglaban kung anong naaayon sa batas upang makamtan ang katotohanan, katarungan, kalayaan, kapayapaan at pagkakaintindihan nating lahat.
Ito ang aking mga adhikain at pangarap para sa bawat Pilipino. Hiling at dalangin ko na sama-sama nating pagtulungan na makamtan ang lahat ng ito.

I'm short of updates -- so there's really nothing that I can post for today. Except that I know of Mart Escudero having an on-location taping yesterday at Magdalena, Laguna for his Lola Basyang (thanks, Lionheart) I have nothing more than what I have already posted and those that has already been said over threads in iGMA, PEX and starstruck's official blogsite.
Anyway, this is my first time to create a slideshow using slide.com. Can anyone tell me if we are able to copy-paste pictures from this media? Impossible, right? Since this is running from a shockwave software (flash). Unless of course, if we opt to use the ever-magical printscreen command of Microsoft. Then I guess I'll be using more of slideshows rather than posting pictures here. Heehee. Just kidding, if I do that then Paupau Avelino won't be able to steal some photos here. Hehehe. Thanks for visiting my blogsite again pau! I really have a pretty nice idea that you're loving your stay here! Hahaha. ^_^

 The last time I saw and talked to Dex Quindoza was April 1st, a month after -- eto't nagkita kami ulit! Aside from the fact na sobrang miss ko na ang kakulitan ni Dex, it would be my first time to actually see and experience Santacruzan! Oh yeah! Talk about loving Pinoy culture!
Celebrated every May 2 or 3 as part of Flores de Mayo, ginanap ng Santacruzan sa Tondo kahapon. Sinimulan ang parada sa kanto malapit sa bahay nina Dex at sa harap ng "salon" ng Hermana Mayor. It was rather crowdy -- Tondo-style, I guess.
Nagsimula ang parada around 7PM lumibot sa buong tondo and lasted for about two and a half hours. It was reallyyyyyyy fun! Edgar (Mr. Pogi, Eat Bulaga) was also there and was the Escort of Reyna Emperatriz. Dex was escort to Reyna Elena.
A few pictures taken after the parada... Ang kulit at sweet pa rin talaga ni Dex! =)
And guess what, na-arbor ni Dex yung bracelet ko.. Heehee.. ^_^ sana gamitin nya parati. ^_^ 
Lately, napapabalitang isasama si Dex sa Lupin at The Boys Next Door though there has never been a confirmation. I have high hopes na sana mapabilang nga si Dex sa mga programang ito. Go Dex, kaya mo yan!!! =) ... |

Starstruck 4's Ultimate Winners have their faces on this month's issue. Paulo Avelino, Prince Stefan, Rich Asunsion and Stef Prescot who belonged to the Danger Eight is also in the mag.
The Ultimate Four -- Loveteam, Hunk and SweetHeart were asked as to their opinion about the recent spread of them not making it big in the industry. Let's read what they have to say about this...
 MART"Wala naman pong makakapagsabi kung magtatagal kami o hinde eh. Siguro nasa amin na iyon kung pag-iigihan po namin. Ipapakita ko po na mali 'yung sinasabi nila, kunwari kung magkakaroon kami ng show, ipapakita ko po na karapat-dapat akong mapasama roon. At saka 'yung loveteam namin ni Kris, pagbubutihan namin para pwede kaming ipantapat o ipanlaban sa ibang loveteam."
ALJUR "Siguro ang masasabi ko lang sa kanila, bago sila mag0judge tignan muna nila ang personality namin. Pero depende rin po sa amin 'yan kung mawawalan kami ng career, 'di ba? Siguro rerespetuhin ko na lang iyong sinabi nila. At dahil sa sinabi nila mas lalo akong natsa-challenge na galingan pa. Dodoblehin ko ang mga ginagawa ko. Kung ano 'yung mga naipakita ko dati, dodoblehin ko pa. Gagawin ko ang lahat para mapasaya ang mga taong susmusuporta sa akin."
 KRIS"Actually narinig ko nga 'yan. Pero hindi naman ako apektado dun kasi kung pagbubutihan mo naman may mangyayari. Yung nga kami ni Mart, wino-workout naman namin yung loveteam. Sobrang pinagbubutihan namin. Maganda naman yung bonding namin ni Mart. And ngayon happy ako kapag kasama ko siya, kapag katrabaho ko siya, I think nasa amin 'yun kung sisikat kami o hindi. Wala 'yun sa sinasabi na tao."
 JEWEL"If we try it hard and with continuous effort, its the key to unlocking our potential. So, it really depends on us. Kung paano magre-respond yung mga tao. Well, I guess para po sa akin, I believe na if its God's will na mapunta ako rito, I will do my part naman para I can give back the blessing sa ibang tao, yung mapasaya ko sila sa pagiging artista ko. I know... it's soo obvious that I am still being bitter of my wanting for Mart to become the Ultimate Hunk. Pagbigyan nyo na ako, picture lang naman yan eh, Aljur still had it.  Sooo sorry guys if I wasn't able to update this blog. It has been three long and restful days! I have been asleep for most of the time. I was online last night but wasn't feeling so good about posting so I opted not to. Apologies.
Anyway, today's the Grand Opening of the third installment of Spider-man! (Well at least here in the Philippines, is it the same in the states and elsewhere?) The mall's jam-packed. I was standing in line for forty-five minutes just to get my ticket. By the way, if I think the movie's really good, then I'd rather want to watch it alone. Though, it has been planned earlier the week that we Martians will watch it together... what the hell happened to their replies?!
 Spider-man 3 lasted for 2 hours and 20 minutes. My personal review, I would give the movie a perfect five. From the story, the animation, the effects, the cast -- EVERYTHING. And to top all that, the moral of the movie was superb. I won't try to spoil your excitement. Just rush to the nearest cinema and enjoy the movie!
